Contract to Close Coordination - $350

  • Quality Control: Review Purchase Agreement, Riders and Addenda for accuracy and completeness.

  • Welcome letter to cooperating Agent/Broker, Lender, Title, and Client with executed contract and critical dates.

  • Provide a shared calendar with critical dates to cooperating Agent/Broker, Lender, Title and Client.

  • Coordinate escrow deposit, record escrow deposit receipt letter.

  • Obtain a complete set of HOA documents and deliver to Buyer and/or Buyer Representative. Record receipt for records. 

  • Track all critical dates and receipt of documents (i.e. title commitment, appraisal, lien search, survey, estoppel, association approval, and loan closing disclosure).

  • Submit the file to Broker for compliance. 

  • Maintain a consistent and proactive communication on a weekly basis with the Client and Professionals.

  • Coordinate the final walk-through and schedule closing. 

  • Troubleshoot issues within the transaction.

  • Send out a reminder email after closing to the listing Agent to update the MLS accordingly.   

Compliance Only

File - $150

  • Obtain and organize all documents required by the Broker for a compliance file and submit.

  • KW Agents - Input all documents into your command opportunity and submit for compliance and obtain DA. 

  • Send out a reminder email after closing to update the MLS accordingly.
